Who we are

AULDA (Africans United for Long-Lasting Development of Africa) is a South African based nonprofit organization established in 2013.

We operate in township communities with a focus on building structured, permanent youth engagement systems.

Our Mission

To prevent youth exclusion by building community-based systems that connect digital access, technical skills exposure, mentorship, and economic participation.

Our Vision

Township communities with embedded youth employability infrastructure that reduces crime and builds economic dignity.

Our Evolution

Phase 1 (2013–Present): Community Activation & Capacity Building

During this phase, AULDA established foundational youth engagement systems across five domains:

Digital & Skills Exposure

Women & Economic Empowerment

Community Stabilisation & Health Awareness

Youth Media & Social Education

This phase built community trust, youth pipeline access, and implementation experience.

Phase 2 (Current):

Structured Project Development (Digital Skills Hub)

• Digital Skills Hub Project (Development Phase)
• Structured digital training infrastructure
• Cohort-based employability program
