temporary recruitment Administrator

in South Africa.


Selection will be based on suitability as per the Jobprofile


Candidate must be readily available. Estimate date is 05 September 2016


Minimum qualification


  • Businesss or Human Ressources Management post Matric qualification


Essential Experience


  • Exposure to the HR function
  •  Experience in administrating a recruitment processes




  • knowledge of Recruitment and Selection processes
  • Writting Skills
  • Proficiency in MA Word and Excel

  • Administration
  • Creation of databses and spreadsheets
  • Minute taking
  • report Writing
  • Telephone     Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Provide administrative and secretarial support to recruitment projects


  • Response handling ( handling of emquiries from applicants)


  • Capturing of applications as received and other recruitmeent info as directed by the project leader


  • Compilattion of recruitment documents and files


  • Provision of secretarial support to meetings and interviews, including minute taking and report writting


  • Management of logistics, including invitation of applicants to interviews, booking venues, refreshments, transport and accomodation where necessary; booking assessement sessions where necessary etc


  • Management of correspondence with the panel members and applicants.


General Support


  • Management administrative support within the HR Unit if and when required
