In the heart of Johannesburg, inside the emergency trauma unit of Vosloorus Hospital, a single night changes the course of history. Dr. Khanyiso is a dedicated trauma doctor who spends his nights fighting to save lives in a city overwhelmed by violence and desperation. But when two young victims of a brutal shooting are rushed into the emergency room, despite the medical team’s desperate efforts, the unthinkable happens. Both boys die. Overcome with grief, anger, and a deep sense of injustice, something extraordinary awakens inside Dr. Khanyiso.
