AULDA’s Mentorship & Career Pathways Programme supports young people to move from uncertainty to direction, and from talent to opportunity.
The programme provides structured mentorship, practical guidance, and exposure pathways that help youth make informed decisions about education, careers, entrepreneurship, and life choices.
Many young people—especially in township and disadvantaged communities—have ability and ambition but lack access to guidance, role models, and real-world exposure. AULDA exists to close that gap.

AULDA’s Digital Skills & Literacy Programme forms a core part of our mentorship and career pathway approach, equipping young people with the digital confidence and tools required to access education, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
